Is insurance included with the rental?+
Every bike includes basic damage coverage with a fixed excess, so you're not liable for the full value of the vehicle.
Where can you deliver the bike?+
Anywhere in Bali — your hotel, villa, or Ngurah Rai Airport. Delivery is free for bookings of three days or longer.
What's the difference between an automatic and a manual bike?+
Automatic scooters (like the Honda Scoopy or Vario) are twist-and-go with no gears or clutch — the easiest option for first-time riders in Bali. Manual bikes have a clutch and gear shifter and suit riders with prior motorcycle experience who want more control.
Can I rent a scooter in Bali for just one day?+
Yes, single-day rentals are available on every bike in our fleet. Weekly and monthly bookings lower the effective daily rate if you're staying longer.
What happens if the bike breaks down or I'm in an accident?+
Call our 24/7 roadside assistance line and we'll come to you — with a replacement bike if yours can't be repaired on the spot. Damage liability is capped at a fixed excess under our zero-deposit policy, so you're never billed for the full value of the bike.
How do I pay for my rental?+
Cash on delivery — you pay in Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollars directly to the driver when your bike is delivered. No online payment, card details, or bank transfer is required to book.
